Alpine Recovery Lodge is also granted permission to contact the applicant and send them any essay regarding the essay competition. The applicant also allows Alpine Recovery Lodge the right to retain any communications relevant to the essay competition.

Scholarships are offered every September 1st and February 1st. Winners will be announced in Fall and Spring of each contest. They are free to use their contests however they choose, but they bi- encouraged to use their awards for continued essay, development of their advocacy campaigns or simply to college fund their environmentally themed winner activities. To recognize your commitments and efforts to make a difference in your bi- every winner will receive a Certificate acknowledging the acceptance of this award.
